Smile Gallery These are cosmetic cases completed by Dr. Deenihan within the last eight years. This patient presented with older porcelain fused to metal crowns that were bulky and opaque. E.max all-ceramic crowns were placed utilizing natural tooth shading and enhanced anatomy. This patient presented with microdontia (small teeth) with considerable wear and discoloration. He was a heavy bruxer (grinder) and his posterior teeth were tipped toward the midline. Periodontal crown lengthening, opening the bite and emax crowns were utilized to restore the smile. This patient had a gum lift and porcelain veneers to create a fuller smile. This patient presented with dark, square teeth. The upper teeth had a gum lift to create more length and emax crowns were placed. The lower teeth were bleached. This patient had a traumatic sports injury requiring a root canal, post and an E.max all-ceramic crown. As we age, the lower incisors can become discolored and worn looking. These four incisors were restored with e.max crowns fabricated in our office. This patient had older crowns and fillings replaced with porcelain jackets and veneers to improve the shape and color of her teeth.
